Techno Brain achieves Oracle Field Delivery Partner Status (FDP)
Techno Brain, Africa’s leading ICT Solutions provider has achieved Field Delivery Partner (FDP) status in Ethiopia. FDP is a technical component of the strategic partnership with Oracle, a program which helps customers through partners to resolve critical issues, carry out on-site hardware replacement and build very complex architecture around Oracle technologies and systems.
Commending his team, Techno Brain’s CEO, Mr. Manoj Shanker said,
“This is yet another great achievement that recognizes our company’s capabilities in implementing efficient and stable Oracle solutions in enterprises across Africa.”
“We have made Ethiopia as our Center of Excellence for Oracle Solutions across Africa and we are currently executing some of the largest projects on Oracle applications, systems and technologies in Ethiopia.” Mr. Shanker added.
Some the projects implemented in Ethiopia include, one of the largest Integrated Financial Management Information Systems (IFMIS) rollout in Africa, and the first Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse (BI/DW) solution in Ethiopia on an end to end Oracle stack. Techno Brain is also deploying the first Oracle Engineered Systems in Ethiopia: Exadata, Exalytics and Super Clusters.
“As an organization that is dedicated to empowering lives, this award validates our commitment to provide ground-breaking solutions that align to Ethiopia’s dynamic market,”
said Mr. Mekonnen Tesfaye, Country Director, Ethiopia.
“We will continue to extend the value of Oracle technologies and systems to address critical issues pointing towards the long term economic sustainability for the people of Ethiopia.”
The achievement comes recently after the company was awarded the First Sub-Saharan Oracle Partner to implement a Hybrid (on premise and Cloud) Solution on Oracle Business Intelligence. Last year, Oracle awarded Techno Brain ‘East Africa Transformational Deal 2016’ for the implementation of BI/DW for Africa’s largest Telecom.
Most recently, the company has achieved ‘Oracle Cloud Standard Partner Level’ for implementing Oracle Cloud Solutions.
