Anand Mohan

Anand has extensive experience in operations, business expansion, business strategy, analyst relations, and marketing. He heads Techno Brain’s business operations globally, executing business strategy and ensuring operational excellence company-wide. Across the world, Anand leads the company’s employees responsible for end-to-end services delivery and dedicated to ensuring that Techno Brain meets the highest standards of quality.

Previously, as Managing Director of Techno Brain Asia and the Middle East, Anand was instrumental in establishing operations, building R&D capacity, driving product development, and expanding business.

Anand holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Kakatiya University, India, and a Master’s degree in International Business.

Nandan Gopalakrishna

Nandan oversees the Identity Management Business Unit within Techno Brain, driving the adoption of new technology and practices to provide frugal and effective systems in the region.

He joined Techno Brain in 2008 managing strategic partnerships and business development. Having over 20 years of experience spanning multiple geographies and domains, he specializes in building and the architecture of identity management programs, especially for the Public Sector. He currently focuses on leveraging the convergence of mobility with mainstream biometrics and translating them into tangible field-sustainable systems.

Nandan holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Halima Mubarak

A professional with a solid history of performance achievement and a blend of commercial and sales management capabilities. Has more than 15 years of industry experience in technology products, services and solutions. A visionary leader with a strategic market approach, great interpersonal relations and ability to influence at all levels. A dynamic individual who is passionate about personal empowerment and development.

Halima holds a Bachelor of Management & Leadership degree from the Management University of Africa (MUA). She also is a Certified Professional Coach and a Master Insight Coach (Insight Coaching Academy). She is currently pursuing Accreditation (ACC) certification from ICF (International Coach Federation).

Her hobbies include Travelling, Team building, cooking, and watching competitive sports

Joel Gachomo

Joel is one of the youngest members of the Techno Brain Management Team. He has held various roles at Techno Brain, having started as a Programmer in 2004. He went on to become General Manager, Enterprise Business Practice and then Director of Business Development for Techno Brain’s Southern African operations in 2012.

He Manages Sales and Sales teams for Techno Brain across Africa. Under Joel’s leadership, the company has built successful products including Payroll Management and Airport Revenue Management Systems.

Joel holds an Advanced Diploma in IT from Edexel (UK) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from East and Southern Africa Management Institute.

Samar Patel

Samar is an experienced Sales Professional with 10 years’ experience in the Technology Sales Industry. During his career in the technology business, he has learned the art of complex solution selling in the Public Sector, Manufacturing and Trading industries.

Prior to joining Techno Brain, Samar worked in the Manufacturing Industry on ICT Transformation Projects. He joined Techno Brain to drive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Sales for Kenya and has held multiple Sales and Business leadership roles since.

Samar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia.

Saj Abraham

Saj is passionate about Digital Transformation and since he joined Techno Brain Group over 13 years ago, he has handled various roles from Head of Presales, Head of Enterprise Business, Head of New Business, Driving Innovation and currently, he is in charge of  Driving Digital Transformation.

Prior to Joining Techno Brain, Saj worked in the KANBAN Supply Chain in the Automotive Industry, Steel Manufacturing and Distribution.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from St. Xavier’s College and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Management Information Systems (MIS) from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata.

Nkosingiphile Cedric Shabangu

Cedric is the Country Director South Africa, Swaziland and Lesotho. He is a passionate scholar and an advocate of customer satisfaction.

He started his career in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, working for SC Johnson and Son and thereafter moved to Datacentrix where he led the SMME (Small Micro Medium Enterprises) business channel to promote Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) and develop sales channels for Datacentrix.

Cedric holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing at the University of Pretoria and also holds a Management Development Programme Certificate from Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).

Yonathan Shibru

Yonathan is The General Manager, Techno Brain Ethiopia. He is an experienced Business Professional with expertise in all facets of program management, project planning, risk assessment, and client services. He has led in different levels of organizational structure to achieve productivity through stakeholder partnerships.

In his 15+ years of experience, he has worked in various industries including healthcare, non-profit, and IT firms.

Yonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Goshen College, USA and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University, USA.

Director- BPO

Vinay Subbaramaiah

Vinay is the Director, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Business Unit within Techno Brain Group, which employs 600+ employees and serves over 20 customers.

Prior to joining Techno Brain, he worked in Supply Chain Management with decision making roles. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchase and Supply, Association of Project Managers and Associate Member at the Indian Institute of Engineers.

Vinay holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Industrial Production from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Masters in Project Management from Birmingham City University.

He is a passionate thespian and a wildlife photographer.

Rachel Nyamai

Rachel is a seasoned strategic, creative and visionary professional with a proven leadership record in a cross-section of industries and demographics. She is passionate about technology and using innovative solutions in marketing to drive the adoption of products in the market.

She oversees Techno Brain’s development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business, as well as overall branding and image. Over the year’s she has collaborated with colleagues to improve marketing channels through innovation, developed and implemented successful marketing strategies, and has been instrumental in the company’s increased brand awareness across the globe.

Rachel holds a Bachelors Degree in International Business Administration and International Relations from United States International University and is a Certified Professional by The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Nelly Maluki

Nelly is a deep thinker, employment law enthusiast, creative writer and results-oriented Management Executive with experience in Business Management field and HR consulting. In her career, she has undertaken multi-geographical roles with a lean in towards Governance and Organizational Development. She has managed to drive a tight-knit star Human Resource (HR) team with unequivocal ease and driving business results through professional circles of excellence. Her exposure ranges from NGOs to the Private sector in mature and startup businesses.

Before joining Techno Brain, She worked with an NGO as the Head of Human Resources. Her impressive footprint and knowledge are grounded on practical wisdom having undertaken multi-sectoral assignments. She is a value-driven leader and her personal success is coached by mentors and commitment to undertake an assignment at speed, with excellence, maintain integrity and empathy.

Nelly holds a Masters in Human Resources from Africa Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Moi University.
